    What is Object-oriented thinking workshop

    This introductory course is suitable for anyone who is faced in their daily work with system development and object-orientation. You will learn the basics of object-oriented thinking and understand the mindset that is required. This does not occur only from learning theory; you will learn hands-on with practical exercises that you will perform using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the object-oriented language Java.
    By the end of the course you will be able to:

    • name and explain Object-oriented (OO) concepts
    • apply OO-concepts in simple situations
     

    Who should attend the Object-oriented thinking workshop

    This training is interesting for Architects, Analists, Designers en Programmers. It is expected that you will have some practical experience in system development.
    In addition, knowledge of a structured programming language is required.

    Prerequisites

    The participants are expected to have some practical experience and insight into system development. In addition, some knowledge of a structured programming language is required.

    After completing the course, the participant is able to: Name object-oriented (OO) concepts and explain how to apply OO concepts in simple situations
