    What is DEMO Bachelor

DEMO (Design and Engineering Methodology for Organisations) is the leading methodology in the new discipline Enterprise Engineering (EE). In EE, an organization is considered primarily as a purpose-built system. Changing an organization therefore means that it has to be redesigned and reconfigured. This is the only way to achieve unity and cohesion. The DEMO Bachelor training provides a deeper understanding in your profession and provides a solid foundation in the methodology.
By the end of the course:
You will have insight in the Enterprise Engineering concepts,

    • You can create a Construction Model and a Process Model from a pre-defined case,
    • You can use Organisational Essence Revelation (OER) in your approach to making these models,
    • You will have insight into the positioning of DEMO in relation to the equivalent approaches such as organizational theory approaches (Business Dynamics, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), BPM approaches (BPMN, EPC, PetriNet, Archimate, etc.), and IS development methods (ER, NIAM, ORM, etc.),
    • You will have knowledge of the discipline Enterprise Engineering.

After this training you will be well prepared to do the DEMO Bachelor exam at the Enterprise Engineering institute (EEi).
This exam is not included in the training. If you want to do the exam, please book it via the Enterprise Engineering institute (EEi).
