    What is Business Analysis Awareness

    Business Analysis is a field aimed at identifying business needs, opportunities, and problems, and then finding the right solutions. This could involve improving information systems, business processes, or organizational improvements. The ‘Business Analysis Awareness' training provides an overview of a part of the business analysis field and its place in waterfall, hybrid, and agile environments. Techniques for strategic and problem analysis are covered. Stakeholders/personas, requirements, and business value monitoring are also discussed.
