What is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt e-learning
Lean and Six Sigma are the left and right hand of process improvement. With Lean the focus is on efficiency, effectiveness and change management. Six Sigma focusses on reducing variance and reduction of defects. It uses data and statistics to find the true root cause of a problem so it can be eliminated and the problem will never occur again.
Both methods are a collection of tools that you will learn to use to improve processes. By using a systematic approach "jumping to solutions" or firefighting will be avoided, so problems will be really solved. By continuously improving the process and the quality the cost will go down, the employment satisfaction and the customer satisfaction will increase.
This e-learning includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the e-learning you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
