Find the gap
From reactive to proactive
From reactive to proactive, in thinking and doing. Your employees learn to take matters into their own hands when it comes to their future.
The manager also learns
The direct maanger is involved in the approach and learns a number of motivational tactics and conversation techniques.
Over 70% of our program's participants start developing themselves. A part of them leaves the organisation, in a positive way.
Positive approach
Our starting point is that every employee has talents and knowledge that can be valuable to the organization.
Attention, practical support and agreements are key words.
We act as an independent outsider, conversations are confidential, so not threatening.
Three main pillars
Attention
We regularly conduct face-to-face interviews, take concerns and fears seriously, raise motivation factors and provide space for difficult to discuss matters.
Support
We help employees to take steps themselves, point the way, establish contacts, offer information, give assignments and help to enlarge their network.
Agreements
Not only 'what are you going to do?', But also 'How can I see you are doing it?' Thinking in results instead of in actions, no way out.
Close the gap
Mind the Gap consists of:
6 tot 8 face to face sessions with the participant
3 interim consultations with the supervisor
Lead time: 12 weeks Study load: 10 hours in total Price per participant: €1.900 Unlike the usual career advice
Mind the Gap is aimed at continuing the career within IT. It is therefore different from the usual career guidance. The focus is not on discovering one's own interests and orientation of it's career opportunities, but on the change in thinking: from problems to possibilities, trust in one's own ability and taking responsibility for it's professional future. Getting pleasure in learning and developing once again.
