    What is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

    Lean and Six Sigma are the left and right hand of process improvement. With Lean the focus is on efficiency, effectiveness and change management. Six Sigma focusses on reducing variance and reduction of defects. It uses data and statistics to find the true root cause of a problem so it can be eliminated and the problem will never occur again.
    Both methods are a collection of tools that you will learn to use to improve processes. By using a systematic approach "jumping to solutions" or firefighting will be avoided, so problems will be really solved. By continuously improving the process and the quality the cost will go down, the employment satisfaction and the customer satisfaction will increase.
    This training is split up in three parts and has a blended design. First you have the one hour kick off and you start preparing the theory with an e-learning. Next, in the classroom you start with the Lean part and the second part will be Six Sigma.

    This Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt training is suitable for:

    • Quality employees,

    Prerequisites

    No prerequisites needed to participate on this training.
    During this training you need a laptop with access to internet and Microsoft Excel installed.

    After this training and acquiring your Internationally accredit LSSA-certificate by passing the exam, you as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt can lead projects that will result in significant improvements. You are able to actually solve problems that will never return.
